Looked it up on Farmville Fanatic. I don't think it's available for use yet. FF says to click "Start" to begin a job, but the screen tells me I don't have a job to join or start for myself. I went ahead and planted crops. Thought that might be where to start from. Nope, still says I can't join and don't have any of my own.

I just joined someone's co-op. I don't know much about it, I just jumped in. We're supposed to plant pumpkins, but I didn't have a lot of open plots, only 108. I guess I'll learn as I go.

Oh my.....this is going to kill me. LOL I am a fanatic right now about getting my masteries. I'm in the middle of doing my pumpkins (working on level 3 right now) I just logged on and found out I can join a "job" but I have to plant morning glories to make the town beautiful. Says I would earn....516 coin and 589 XP. And it says that it only has 2 days 1 hour left.

Not sure if I should continue to do my pumpkins or what. I'm so torn. LOL

I just harvested my farm (547 plots worth), I then plowed the whole farm....then when I went to go click on the Co-op option it wouldn't let me. So I refreshed my page and then 3/4 of my pumpkins came back to life and now I have to start over and re-harvest them. Has this happened to anyone before?

I haven't tried the co op thing yet...not sure if I want to..I'm happy tending my own little farm and visiting others.

According to the Zynga BB there is a bug. *sigh* My guess is that only a few people are allowed to participate and I am not a chosen one.

This Co-Op thing is frustrating with it's bugginess.

I am on my last round of Grapes and I wanted to join a Co-Op for them. There were a couple different ones on my Feed and I could not join any of them. They don't show up in my Co-Op Box on the farm either. There are Pumpkin ones that show up in my farm, but I can't help with those right now. My Masteries come first, and if I can help with a Co-Op while doing my Masteries, great! If not, oh well.

So I just finally got around to "cleaning up" my barns with the toilet paper all over them. The first time I clean them, I didn't post that I cleaned them. I just ignored that part. Then the toilet paper came back. So I figured that I had the "share" that little bit of info and maybe it would go away. Well it did....but then the paper came back after I plowed my land. So I cleaned it again and now the paper's back. Why won't it go away??? LOL

Something I noted this morning is that the Collections bonuses are no longer being posted to the Game Feed at the bottom of the page, on FarmVille.com. Instead, I have to go to Facebook to collect those specific bonuses. Other bonuses, such as bonus Spring Eggs, Thank You bonuses, ribbon bonuses, and so forth are still being posted on the Game Feed.

I have no idea how many collections I lost because I was relying on the Game Feed to collect them.

It does seem that everytime I find a way to be able to separate non-FarmVille posts from FarmVille posts, so that I can better enjoy FarmVille while playing FarmVille, and better enjoy Facebook while just trying to catch up on my friends, either Facebook or Zynga figures out some way to screw it up. I suppose there is some benefit to them to make it more difficult for us, since it fosters the interdependence between them, and basically forces us to play the game less efficiently (which means with more page views, which means more advertising revenue). However, this seems so haphazard that I think it is just error, not considered intention.

Another note: Some more of my friends are reporting that they now seem to have the ability to start co-ops, but they still cannot join the co-op started by the first of my friends who started one yesterday. It still comes up with an incorrect error. So our co-op won't make the gold medal, simply because of the bug preventing more friends from helping.

I haven't been neer my farm in a few days (got tomatoes, peppers, squashes,cucumbers and melons sorted out on my allotment) any news about when you can make your calfs and foals grow up? and the puppy?

I finally was able to start a co-op.

I'm doing the grape one, because I like the cute colored sheep. :

I tried to join a friend's co-op, but it told me that I was already on a "job".... so I guess you can only do one co-op at a time?? That seems weird. Maybe it's one of the bugs.

Yes, you can work on only one co-op at a time. That's very much intentional.

I joined a co-op last night for morning glories. I planted the last ones needed around 6pm. It's 12 hours so I harvested this morning, we still need 377. I noticed some people show 0 crops on the list. So I looked at their farms, they don't even have morning glories planted! We should hit what we need for at least the silver metal, the person who started it has about 300 planted and I planted another 192. I hope these people with 0 don't get credit too, that would not be fair.

Update - we made the gold metal in time. It showed the participants and those who did not plant were not included. It shows how much each person contributed % wise.

That's good. Do you get a different amount depending on how much you plant? I am on a co-op with 3 people and only two of us are planting now. It would suck if two of us plant 1498 plants and the other two plant just one each and are rewarded fully.

On that vein ... can the co-op organizer kick off people?

I joined a co-op 2 days ago it showed only one other person doing this. I've planted my field 2x with squash, Went to her farm yesterday and she only had 1/3 of hers planted with squash. Why start a co-op if you are not going to plant your whole farm with the co-op crop? especially when this is brand new and it is just the 2 of us! The rest of her plots were not planted with anything longer than 1 day.

I joined a coop and planted more then 400 of the crop (and harvested them too) it is showing we are 15 short for the gold and is not even showing what i contributed to the coop. I doubt I will join again till the get the bugs out of it. Can everyone else see what they have contributed or is it just me? Could it be that people are contributing but it is just not counting them in?
