Fantasyland Closed on 2/14?

We just got back from WDW today and I had to post to see if anyone knew why Fantasyland was closed on the night of Valentine's Day.

My family was trying to get to Toontown and we were told by security that Fantasyland was closed and we would have to go through Tomorrowland to get to Toontown because they "needed to get the fire trucks in"

OMG! I couldn't find anything else out but I thought someone here might know something...

There was an accident at Peter Pan's Flight. An elderly man was getting on to one the 'ships' and fell on the tracks and came pinned underneath. Very sad. There's a thread here someplace about it, let me find it for you...

They closed that part of the park to get trucks and vehicles back into the area of Peter Pan. CM's blocked off the area and evacuated the area.

How sad...I knew it had to be something pretty serious when all of those security guards came from out of nowhere! My thoughts and prayers go out to that man and his family. I hope he is doing better now...
