Anybody!?! There is a great deal on Expedia but, I have never heard of this property. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Good and bad, I have stayed there twice the first time 6 years ago and the last time 4 years ago. Some units are rented individully as this is a timeshare and some by the management company. The first time was great and it was the condo type lodging that had maid service. They are set up as 2 bedroom townhouses with two bedrooms up with a full bath and a full kitchen with dining tableand livingroom comb down. downstairs has 3/4 bath and w/d. They are three pools but I don't recall if any of them were ok for little ones. There is a small store and Olive Garden in the front delivers to your room. Everything was clean and when they accidently picked up my sons white stuffed animal with the sheets they opened up the laundry at 11 at night so my boy would not be upset and returned it to the room.

The second time was a disaster, I think they must have rented the units to pigs. We went during easter break and arrived late at night the first unit they gave us was a disaster and we told them so they gave me another room which was not much better. And they said that was all they had. We took it for that night and we were told that they would move us ASAP, Asap happened about 4 nights later. Complained to AAA and got a free 3 night stay but did not want to go back again.

Please be sure that you arrive earlier to get a better selection if you decide to go there.

We stayed there for 3 nights last December. Overall it was OK. It was nice having the extra space and kitchen. They also had plenty of onsite activities for our 7 y/o.

The downside was that they were refurbishing the main pool when we were there. We did use one of the other pools and it could have used some extra maintenance.

All-in-all I would still give it a thumbs up

Thanks for the replies. Can you tell me where the property is located? Is is convenient? I am especially wondering about the overall cleanliness of the place. Any input will be helpful!

it is located east of highway 4. on 192. about 5 miles on the left behind olive garden traveling east. It is convienient to get to the parks. There is a pizza hut, publix market, nearby also. The grounds were well maintained.
