Greetings,

Going on a East Carib Fantasy cruise in about 3 weeks. We are a family of 4. Booked a 9D GTY and got room 7504. I've read in at least one or more places this is a 3 person room, as in a queen bed, and the fold out couch, perhaps no bunk from the ceiling...

Does anyone have any pictures or advice on this room? I Don't seem to find alot of information on this particular room.

**Edit** I should have added it is at least one of the larger corner rooms ;)

Thanks!

It's a corner room and therefore somewhat differently laid-out. We were in 7506 on the Dream - right next door. If I recall, your porthole will be forward facing, and on an angle (you are right at the front of the ship). While I can't give a review of that specific room, we did like that area of the ship as it was quiet.

Enjoy your cruise!

Can't vouch for 7504 but we were in 8504 on the Dream/Fantasy and the room is a huge corner room and it definitely had the pull down berth for a 4th person. There is no privacy curtain (which did not bother us) and it does have the split bathroom. I had a ton of pics but my photo hosting site went under and I did not upload to a new site yet. We have also stayed in 8006 which is the same layout only reversed.

Actually on our Fantasy cruise last year our friends stayed in 7006 which is the same room layout as 7504 (other corner room), only reversed and they had 2 A and 2 c so the room should hold 4.

We absolutely loved the forward location and the huge room....we have 3 of those 4 corner rooms booked for our Fantasy cruise next summer.

The rooms have an attic feel...cozy with slanted walls. Some do not like them but we loved the feel of the room.

The porthole faces forward and is on a slant (as the wall is slanted). We watched a whole medical evacuation from the porthole as it was right where they dropped the line from the helicopter....it was interesting to watch the procedure.

Thanks so much mmouse37! I am feeling better now about the room. From the porthole can you at least see the water some? or just the bow? I've also read that viewing the TV from the couch/fold-out can be an issue, but I'm not sure how big a deal that is to us, hopefully the kids are too exhausted to want to watch it!

Any possibility of a few pics would be great, but understand everyone is busy these days... I could provide you some cloud space to upload them too if needed. Let me know.

thanks again!

Once again thanks! My kids will be so excited to see what the room might look like..

Cool pictures, we'll staying in 7504 on June Fantasy Western cruise. Can't wait to check this stateroom, certainly looks different than the standard stateroom configuration. :dance3:
