Fantasy Room 12014?

Hi There! I cannot find a single review on the room we will have on our August 2015 cruise. Has anyone here stayed in it? Pictures? Reviews?

I am sure it is similar to others I have found nearby, but just wondering about the specifics of this room.

I was in 12012 on the Fantasy a great location opposite the side entrance to the concierge lounge easy to get food and drink from 7 am to 10 pm.

Good to hear it! As a first timer, it is easy to get wrapped up in the 'must haves' that you read in other people's posts. For instance...12014 does not have a bumped out verandah...will i be sorry? .... 12014 is right across from the CL...will we have noise? ....etc, etc, etc.

I am sure once we have done our cruise and have had a great time, i will wonder why I spent so much time being concerned with these little details. Crazy first timer.....

That's the biggest reason I'm glad I didn't know about DISboards (indeed, any cruise board) before our first cruise. I would have been so stressed as to whether I had made all the right decisions. It was so nice to just plan our cruise, with the information we had and relax with our plans.

We had 12012--that has a bumped out verandah, but that is probably the only difference from 12014. The location is excellent--not noisy at all from the Lounge. Once in awhile you can hear deck chairs etc from the deck above, but that all stopped way before bedtime.

Getting in that cabin this coming Saturday...june 6. I will let you know but i agree with other poater who said not to stress. Its all good.

We were in 12516 on the Dream. Right across from the Lounge. Not really any noise from that area. Late evenings and early mornings you could hear the chairs getting put up and set out again for the day. But it was just a few minutes. I am an extremely light sleeper and I slept very well even with that little bit of noise. The convenience is wonderful to the lounge, just don't forget your key lol. I forgot mine a couple of times because I was just going across the hall. Then realized I needed the key to get into the lounge as well. Thankfully DH was in the room so he could get me my key

We were in 12514 this past November. Same room just opposite side of the ship. No it didn't have the bump out but we were not sorry at all. Only thng was the room next door 12512 did have the bump out so occasionally we could see them/they could see us while on the verandah but nothing to worry about. We never heard any noise from the concierge lounge and it was super convenient to be right next to the side entrance. Enjoy! You will love it!

Yes as mentioned before have been in 12012 for 14 nights and it was perfect no issues at all.

It appears that TomJude sailed on the Fantasy on June 6 - so the cabin is still being enjoyed!!!
