So true Well I've got plans for "thong boy" AND the rest of us on this cruise I believe I will go ahead and organize a Pink Champagne Girls meet for our February 16 sailing. I'm doing it for the Fantasy Maiden Voyage cruise and have over 50 people signed up DCL will let me know a couple of weeks before we sail if they can get me the space requested and a sommelier. If not I go to plan "B" But between that and also organizing the FE group for the FMV I don't want to start another list until I get back from that cruise

I am actually allowing GUYS to be honorary Pink Champagne Girls on the FMV cruise but they must also wear pink shirts, a feather boa and tiara the whole time. 13 guys are signed up! I'm supplying feather boas and tiaras. I will do that for this group too. I would imagine "thong boy" will be fine with this arrangement

So when I get back from the MV in April I will make the official announcement to this group and start a sign up list for all of us!

GOOD MORNING!!!! How is everyone's weekend going? Who has Monday off? We do, so we decided to tackle a large project this weekend. We started remodeling our bedroom yesterday. I got two walls painted. Now today Junior needs to work on the plumbing in the bathroom and that requires cutting a hole in the wall. So...next weekend I'll be able to paint the other two walls. (Doing opposite colors) We are decorating it with a Key West, FL type theme. The two walls that are painted so far are a REALLY crazy color, but I think once it's all done it's going to look really cool. Then when we have the bedroom all done, we're going to paint our bathroom a peach color like the bathrooms at Old Key West. We have a really pretty beach theme border to put on our bedroom walls and a really pretty palm tree border to put on the bathroom walls.

I can't wait till it's all done. I love redecorating, but I hate the whole process. The room looks like total chaos right now!

Nope gotta work on Monday ... blech! Sounds like the project will be very pretty! Don't forget to share pics when it is all done. It's funny how Disney fans so often will re-decorate their homes so they represent something that reminds them of WDW. You guys are doing an Old Key West theme. My living room was inspired by Animal Kingdom Lodge. I saw some pics a LONG time ago and I think you might have even posted them Debbie. They were of a room someone redecorated inspired by DCL!

That was me!! (This is Deb posting under Jr's name) That was the thread below. I just posted it on my friend's Facebook page yesterday. She was talking about wanting to redecorate one of her rooms with a DCL theme. And she's only been on ONE Disney cruise!

Hi! I was in the same boat laughing as you before our first cruise a couple of years ago; for years the only ships I ever got on were merchant ships.

I think you'll be happy with the difference.
