OK....time to get down to the wire......
Are we splitting into groups for the FE? This is our first year of doing the exchange, and I can say we already feel the pressure of getting our gifts...finished!!!
I can tell you that our gifts are one-per-stateroom, non-gender and non-age specific. What is everyone else's thought....are you doing an item for each person in the stateroom? Do we establish a guideline? Do we just keep it open and maintain a 'do whatever you like' position?
No polls, I promise!!!

I was reading over the last several (20 or so) pages and getting so excited!! I have sent messages to the wonderful organizers in our group DizDaddy and JohnPA. A huge thank you for organizing the Roll Call and FE lists!
I did take another small suitcase to get all the gifts there but it was more than well worth it. We have been on other cruises but last year was the first time we participated in the FE. It was a wonderful experience!
My girls really enjoyed passing out our gifts and my goodness, from the smallest to the most extravagant gifts we recieved, it was a very fun experience. My girls (8 and 11 years old) would fly down the hallway to check and see what we had in our FE and check first thing every morning and last thing every night.
It was so much fun to watch them and be so excited! It was one of the highlights of the trip.
and my husband is a HUGE Auburn fan (along with my 2 daughters). We are definitely a house divided. So try not to hold it against us, lol!

I did a per-cabin-gift for the adults and then a more gender and age specific gift for each child in the room. I think we received all kinds of gifts from gender and age specific to one-per-stateroom. All of the gifts were wonderful and unique! Some were crafty, others edible, wearable, toteable, simple, etc. They were all greatly appreciated! I enjoyed it as much as the kids, lol. I think most cruises leave it open to whatever the person giving decides to do as some may be more on a budget than others. I would hate for someone to not participate because of expense. It's all about having fun
But I'm a late comer to the group so I'll go along with what everyone else does
I know how you feel - Chritstmas got done and now I rip roaring to start my cruise planning.
My two cents - leave it open and let everyone do what ever they want.
We told our kids over Christmas about the cruise and they are excited!
I am anxious to get info about the show schedule and itinerary - am really wanting to book Remy and hope we are able to get a reservation that allows us to still see all the new shows.
Hope everyone has a great NYE - one year ago today we were boarding the Magic for our NYE 5 nt cruise! I don't think this year's NYE will live up.
