I have heard and read a lot about Fantasmic dessert parties, but has anyone ever had a rehearsal dinner there? If so, what kinds of food would be served? h'ordeurves or could there be a buffet? Thanks!

The dessert parties there are only from an hour to an hour and a half long, so that might be something you want to keep in mind. Of course, they might be able to bend the rules around a little if it a reception and not a dessert party. Sounds like a wonderful idea though, I hope you can make it work!
