Fantasmic vs. Illuminations vs. MK Fireworks

We've seen Illuminations and love it, love the MK fireworks, but never seen Fantasmic. Only one is possible for this trip. Which would you see?

You have also done the other two, so why not do the one you have not seen? You won't be dissapointed!

Fantasmic is absolutely our favorite! We have seen it three times and each time has been awesome , the first time is actually magical, just what you expect from Disney! Each time after the first was still breathtaking! It is so cool. The others are fun, but Fantasmic is really the best bet. You will love it! All of this talk, I want to go back!!!!

The first time we tried to see Fantasmic we were too late and there were no more seats! The second time we went in and waited over an hour. It was worth it but hard to wait with 4 kids! The last time we had the dinner and a show package. We ate at Brown Derby and then went to reserved seats. It was expensive but worth it!!! Do not miss Fantasmic!!!

I agree, if you haven't done Fantasmic yet, do it this trip, it's really awesome! I hate to miss out on favorites too, but now you'll have an excuse to book another trip to do all of them next time!

This past trip we saw Illuminations from one of the Illuminations cruises, MK fireworks (and Spectro)...and Fantasmic beats them all. PLEASE go. You will not regret it.

I would be hard pressed to choose between Illuminations and Fantasmic, but if you haven't seen Fantasmic you should give it a try.

If you don't want to spring for the dinner package, pick up dinner at the concession stands near the entrance of Fantasmic about an hour before showtime. Then take your hot dogs, pizza, turkey legs, whatever, into the Fantasmic seating area and eat at a very leisurely pace. By the time you are done, you will only have a half hour or so wait until the show, and you will also have a good seat.

Just be sure to throw all the trash away and not leave it sitting around for the rest of us to see.

Fantasmic without a doubt and once you see it you will agree. I can't believe you've not seen it!

I have seen Fantasmic at least fifty times. I have seen Illuminations at least twenty times and the MK fireworks more times than I can count. I love the MK fireworks with music.

But by far, the BEST nighttime entertainment at WDW is Fantasmic. As many times as I have seen it, when the lights go out and the first low, then swelling burst of music sounds, there are goosebumps going down my spine.

I agree with the rest of the poster's. Fantasmic is the best of the three and worth the wait.
