Fantasmic Show Times During Summer Months??

We're in the beginning stages of planning for a trip in Mid/Late August 2015....and I'm realizing that, for as many times as we've been to WDW, this will be the first time we're officially including Hollywood Studios in our planning of meals, events, etc. (had younger kids up to this point, and spent most of our days at the MK).

Does anyone know the traditional time(s) of Fantasmic during the summer months? Are there one or two shows per night? With two young-ish kids, we're looking to book a dinner at Hollywood Studios, followed by a viewing of Fantasmic (an earlier time, if possible) in order to get them to bed at a decent hour.

I also recall reading about dinner/show packages you're able to book, but can't remember where I saw that information.

Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you!

During the summer months, DHS is generally open until 10 pm with Fantasmic presentations at 9 and 10:30.

The early show is much more heavily attended than the later show, with dining package seating available for the first showing only.

Attraction lines can get very short during the first show making the last hour of operation a very good time to hit the headliners a few more times.
