Fantasmic Prefferred seating ?

I ordered the Fantasmic Dessert seating a few days ago.....and now DH and I are contemplating dinner at Napa Rose as well.....both are a lot of $$ and we're still budgeting the trip.....Does anyone know if the Dessert seating can be canceled? My CC has not been charged if that makes a difference.

When I booked on the 13th the CM said no refunds once you give them your info your card has a monetary hold on it.

Sorry, there is a definite no cancellation policy on Fantasmic. The CM who helped me made sure 2 extra times that I wanted it and confirmed which night and time and all that, since I couldn't cancel.

As stated above, there is a no cancellation policy but I would call them anyway and explain the $$ situation. I have found it never hurts to ask.

I asked about cancellation policy when making reservation for Aug 14. The CM made it clear that no cancellation allowed. Changes of date is ok but it's not what you prefer to do. As Jack said, doesn't hurt to ask. Good luck.

Yeah I kinda expected it to be non-refundable. CM never mentioned it, but it seems like something they would do Oh well......we'll just have to see if we can budget in both.....and if not then I guess No Napa Rose
