Fantasmic Pkg Question

I am considering a Fantasmic package for June at Mama Melrose. I know you have to give your CC info, but is it charged immediately or is it just a hold? Has anyone been able to use DDE discount for the package. TIA!

When the DDE card first became popular I believe CMs were allowing it to be used without knowing they weren't supposed to. It seems that they no longer allow it, but I would still ask! I believe they don't charge the card until you pay at the restaurant. Last time we did this and that's how it worked. This is why you can cancel so close to time with no penalty, because it hasn't even been charged yet.

Ugadog, as for part one of your question...last time we did it (Feb 2004) our card was not charged in advance. I think you have until 48 hours prior to cancel or else they will charge you.

Just to let you know, if you made a PS for say, 4 people and only 2 arrive, your CC will get charged for those two people. So make sure you cancel any people in your party who won't be going. They'll charge $10 per no-show.
