Fantasmic package problems: did anyone get one today?

Hello,
Got all my ADRs booked this AM. Wooohooo! EXCEPT could not get the F! packages to come up. I want Mama Melrose's I called and the CM said the only ones "loaded into the system" at this time are the Brown Derby ones. I tried entering the date and everything like I have read on here, but it said booking for this packages weren't being booked at this time. The CM looked and the only ressies at Mama Melroses for the time we are there are regular ressies, not packages. So she says I'm still even in the running with everyone else who is waiting for the packages to load. The CM says they should be loaded any time now and I just have to keep checking like twice a day. What a pain. This is very important to us as this ressie is on our 10th anniversary and we have never seen Fantasmic. SO I just wanted to make sure no one else was able to get it to work? Also, do you think we should just make a regular ressie? If we do, can we switch it to a package? What time should we make it for in order to do Fantasmic at 6:30.

When you did the phone reservations, did you try dining reservations or attractions - Sometimes, attractions (I think it was called that, it might have been packages, one or the other) has it. I know when I booked others who just tried dining reservations were not able to get it.

Well, the ressie is listed under dining events on line. I just called the dining line, and the CM said nothing about calling a different line. Maybe I will try that, but you would think they would know that on the dining line.

Tried that, didn't work. Same thing. But this CM said they will only update the system at night so there's no need to check but every morning.
