Fantasmic or Spectro

If you had to choose, which would it be?

We're going to be at WDW Apr 30 to May 7 and because of grad nights , the only Spectro will be May 5. Because that's the first Spectro in a while and because Epcot will be closed that night, I"m thinking Fantasmic would be easy to get into.

Just wanted some opinions. I've seen the old MSEP which I loved, but never seen Spectro or Fantasmic.

Hands down, Fantasmic! is not to be missed.

I love the WDW parades but I thought that Fantasmic was better than Spectro. If I could only choose one I would choose Fantasmic.

Fantasmic is on every night so I would do Spectro. Spectro is very nice to watch, and if you watch it around Frontierland it wouldn't be as crowded as Main St and the castle hub.

Well, if you mean Spectromagic/Wishes or Fantasmic, well, Wishes hands down. If it's between Spectromagic/no Wishes or Fantasmic. Well, we're not Fantasmic fans and can take or leave the parade. The thing that puts it over the top for me is Wishes. Plus I do like Spectromagic better than Fantasmic. The combination of the parade and Wishes is really nice.

Is that the only night you are able to see either show? Fantasmic plays an entire week. Why can't you see Fantasmic another night during the whole week and see Spectro on May5?

I currently am planning to see Fantasmic Sat night, but it occurred to me MGM would probably be fairly empty. I'll probably keep my plans the way they are, but I can't help second guessing myself!

Do them both. If you show up just a little over an hour before Fantasmic showtime you shouldn't have a problem getting a decent seat. Fantasmic is great but I wouldn't pass up the one night that Spectro is running just to hope for an empty park for Fantasmic.

Fantasmic is amazing, but for whatever reason Spectro holds a special place in my "to-do" list.

Our family as a whole thinks that Fantasmic is one of the most amazing things you will see anywhere.

We thought Spectro was probably the poorest of any disney parade we had seen.
