Fantasmic evening dinner package

I'd like to book the Fantasmic dinner package at the Brown Derby, but the latest available time is 4:30 every day I'm there (in January). Is that because the later times are all booked or is that the latest they let you eat dinner so you can get to the Fantasmic show on time?

Fantasmic is at 7:00 for most of the month so that is probably the latest you can book dinner. Don't forget that since HBD is a signature restaurant, you can expect to take 1.5-2 hours for your meal once you've been seated. You can also expect to wait a bit just to be seated. Plus you need to allow time to walk to the theatre and be seated more than 30 minutes before the show starts.

If this is too early for you to eat dinner, you might consider doing the package for lunch instead.

I like the lunch package and will often book that one. It is nice to break for a TS meal in the afternoon and then snack later on towards evening.

Our fantasmic "dinner" is at 3:45 and had the same timing last time. It worked out ok though, we just treated it like a mid-afternoon meal and we got a snack or two while we waited for Fantasmic. I think they do this to allow enough time between dinners and getting seats at the show.
