Mama Melrose vs. Brown Derby


I've heard Brown Derby is great, but is it worth the two TS credits? Especially when the second choice is Mama Melrose's.

I don't know if it would be worth the 2 table service credits that it would take. We really enjoyed Mama Melrose's last time we were there. I would look at the menu's on allearsnet.com and see which you prefer and also look at the prices and figure out if there isn't a better way to use your ts credits.

Brown Derby is really great - it was the best meal of our last trip. I paid OOP for it. I don't think any of the 2 TS restaurants are worth 2 TS's. I can get way more bang for my buck with 2 TS's by going to 2 1 TS restaurants. The Fantasmic package for Brown Derby is a pretty good deal if you pay OOP for it since you get an app, entree and dessert for $36.99 if I remember correctly. To justify using 2 TS's for one meal, my meal would have to cost at least $70.

I don't think it's worth 2 TS credits. I haven't eaten at the Brown Derby, but the menu looks really good and it consistently gets good reviews. However, there was no way that I was going to use 8 TS credits for our family on the Fantasmic Package. We went with Mama Melrose and were very happy. If we go back and are paying OOP, I would like to try the Brown Derby.
