Fantasmic arrangements at check-in?

DH & I will be at the World in November. I'm planning to make Fantasmic Dinner Package arrangements whenever we check into our resort as we have done in the past. With this new Fantasmic PS deal do you think we will have any problems making arrangements?

You don't have to wait till checkin anymore. DW just made them yesterday over the phone for November.

Did they charge your CC for the full amount at the time of booking or was it used as a guarantee?
