Fantasmic! AP viewing nights

Just received an email today about the AP viewing of Fantasmic! in May to kick off the 20th anniversary. I am so excited because it just so happens that we were planning to be there those dates! Anyone else going??? This is my first "AP" event, it's never worked out the other times.

Can you post the details? We purchased APs, but are not activated yet. Are there any dates in June by chance? Have a great time!

All dates were for May, and I think you need to get the email in order to be able to RSVP...I had to call and talk to the AP people to see if my sister could RSVP for me, but they said no, since I got the email...I'm looking forward to it. I LOVE FANTASMIC! have the whole show on a cd so I have it memorized word for word! ha ha ha yes I am a total dork. But, my ultimate dream is to be on the Mark Twain with a streamer at the end ha ha ha.

I may have misread the email, but I thought it said it was for premium ap's. The dates were may 14, 15, 21, and 22. The party goes from 10 pm to 1 am.

It's been confirmed by Disneyland that all AP'ers can RSVP regardless of if you received an email or not.

You must RSVP in person at the ticket booths by May 10th.

Disneyland is allowing RSVP'ing over the phone if you live 2 or more hours away from DLR and cannot RSVP in person.

I did not receive an email and am a Deluxe AP holder and I called to RSVP through the AP line. I live about 80 miles north of DLR.

The CM asked where I lived, put me on hold, came back a couple minutes later and said it was okay for me to RSVP over the phone. She took my AP barcode #, my name, and date of birth and told me I was confirmed for May 22nd.

I just called to see if I could get a confirmation number or something and the CM I spoke with told me that they don't have confirmation numbers because they are making a special exception for those who can't make it to the park to RSVP. She said I am guaranteed on the list and if I wanted to call later and confirm again I could.

Just got off the phone with disney. i was told i could not RSVP at this
time if i did not recieve an email invitation. She said email invititations
where sent to premium passport holders first, but additional invititations
may be sent at a later time. Bummer..

Called and was told that I had to wait and call on friday as prem AP members have first dibs on tickets. I will call back friday I guess

I wonder how much "space" is really available....and also what exactly will be open that night.

I though the only show I was gong to be able to see this trip was going to be WOC, glad I get to see Fantasmic! too even though I saw it twice when I went in March, lol.

I hope this isn't a sort of bait and switch for not having soft openings of coming attractions. Though it would be awesome if you could round Big Thunder Trail and cross FL to the Matterhorn.

Just wanted to confirm that you do not have to have an email to get a voucher. I just got back from Disneyland and asked the CM at the ticket booth.

He told me that the only way I'd know about the event was if I got an email. I started laughing (not rudely) and told him not true. He said they were talking about it and wondering how long before word got out. I told him it was already out. He just nodded his head and said, "yeah." lol

First come first served, and when they run out that is it -- that is what he told me.

I was also denied a RSVP because I have a deluxe AP. She said I had to go down to DL to RSVP. I told her it was impossible as I live in Vancouver Canada. She said I had to wait for the email. I said I was told I don't have to wait for the email. She said I had to wait until they opened it for Delxue AP. I asked when that was and she said I had to wait for the email.

Bummed that I haven't received the email. But it sounds like they're just sending them out to PAP holders, and I have a DAP. Bummed even more that there's no way I'll be able to make it out there in May. Here's hoping that they continue the program throughout the year! We have a Halloween trip planned, and I'd love to get a special AP showing of Fantasmic!
