Will I have enough time to get to the Yacht/Beach Club Marina if I Do a Fantasmic Dinner Package for the 7:00pm show and have to be at the dock at 8:30pm for the cruise?

Thanks
Debbie

In reality I would say sure its plenty of time but the boats are packed afer Fantasmic. Sometimes you have to wait for 2 or 3 boats. If you leave while people are still clapping and run to the boats you should be ok. It will be tight. Good Luck , its an adventure!!

It would be very close. After Fantasmic, the boats get very crowded. You could try walking if you don't get the first boat, but we have waited up to 30 minutes for a boat after Fantasmic. I wouldn't want to cut it that close, or wear myself out hoofing it all the way back to YC to catch your cruise. I'd save Fantasmic for another night.

If some of your party could be at the YC/BC Marina on time, I believe you could talk your captain in to circling back to pick up the rest of your party (if you were only a few minutes late).

Also, part of our cruise was a tour of the waterways, including MGM. Highly unlikely, but perhaps worth a shot... picking up your group at MGM. We made arrangements to pick up some of our party at the Boardwalk by visiting the marina late afternoon and talking with our captain. Either way, visiting the marina, even a day or 2 before, could pay off.

I've done it twice, the way you describe... fantasmic to illuminations cruise. I always had plenty of time but 1) I sat in the back of fantasmic theater, 2) I drove my own car.
