BG#3 Treasure

We have never ever had an earlier BG, we do check in late and for some reason we got 3 this time coming from the airport on DCL transport. For reference on the wish we got 16.
Our normal routine is when we board later we go to sit down lunch and then rooms are ready.
Looking at navigators it looks like most things don’t open till noon, so what should we be doing before hand or will it be closer to noon when we board?? Thanks!!

They usually start the groups at 11:30 . You may get on before anything is open. We have had that before twice. Restaurants do not open until 12 . You have to wait outside the restaurants or if you want dining changes the lines get pretty long there too.

You may get to the terminal early and have to sit for awhile. Still have to get though check in and security.

Plan on doing lunch right at 12 and then if rooms aren’t ready we will try to go to the kids open house to see, ran out of time on the wish.
No dining changes, thank goodness. The 1st bus from MCO leaves at 10am so planning on taking that one. Don’t mind being in the terminal early, then we can look at the app and remember to take pics on the viewing deck.

Yes we always go explore all over the ship including the kids clubs. Just know it may be hard to find a table because a lot of people going on at the same time. Unless you do the sit down restaurant.

The taco place on the deck is so good don’t miss it. Lines might look long but move pretty good.

If you want a lot of ice cream take a coffee cup from the drink station and take it too the ice cream stand. They serve you and have spoons. I hated always looking for one …lol they have fresh fruit there too. Not like the Fantasy but some. I got grapes there a lot.

Interesting we always take DCL transport from MCO and always have a high BG#, this BG#3 is a first and much better than 16.

Thanks for the tips!! We loved the taco place on the wish, and forgot to eat ice cream. That 4 night is just too short. We plan on doing sit down lunch in coco, less hectic.

We’ve never had a bg later than 5, so we’re used to being on pretty early. There are usually characters in the atrium with little to no lines, so we do that first thing, then the kids usually like to head up to the pool deck and settle in to watch funnel vision with their first soft serve of the trip before it gets crazy up there.

Great tip on the characters, I hate how long the lines are as the days go by.

I’ve had time to think about my 1st time with a low BG#, we plan on boarding future cruises later like we normally do. 2 older adults.
The only thing we did after sit down lunch was tour the kids area and then rooms were ready. Not really worth the rush to get on board.
At the airport check in that morning it was very busy, going down around 11am it’s not a zoo.
Glad we tried it once, just not for us.

If you're into the Aquamouse, it's possible it'll be running early and you can ride it a few times before the lines get long.
