Famous People You have met While at WDW

We were at WDW at the end of August and I swear I saw Joey Fatone! My husband doesn't believe me.

Sat next to Kylie Minogue at a Rolling Stones show at Wembley Stadium.

Gave flowers to and shook hands with Queen Elizabeth II

Met Michael Jordan at the Detroit Airport with the rest of the Bulls.

Saw the Fab Five Freshman from Michigan with their coach at the Louvre in Paris

Other celebrities I have seen and practically bumped into on the streets of New York are:

13. Lenny Kravitz. Sat next to him at a Kiss concert. Super nice.
There have been others I can't seem to remember at the time, but these are the ones that stand out.

I know I went off topic, but I couldn't resist.

I wonder if Lenny lives in NY? My DH and I could have sworn we saw him and his now ex-wife at a Blackmore's Night concert (Richie Blackmore and Candance Night) at the Patchogue Theater (on LI).

While I did my CP I saw Kevin Kline, some guy from the Barenaked Ladies, Mariano Rivera from the New York Yankees, the drummer from Bon Jovi, the nanny and children of some prince over in Europe, Jerome Bettis from the Pittsburg Steelers, Johnny Depp was there when I was working but I didn't see him, and my favorite - Steve Young. I almost passed out when I saw him. Him and Jerry Rice are my 2 favorite football players ever and are the reason why I'll always love the 49ers!

A coule of years ago my DW and I were in the line for Snow White. We we near the front and all of the sudden a LARGE group entered through the exit. It was Woopi Goldberg and her entourage of about 10 people. They had several Disney security with them. The CM's stopped the ride and loaded them all on then left several of the car empty around them. We saw her a couple more times throughout the day doing the same thing.

Must be a pain to have to go through all that. But I wonder, after reading some of the posts here that if it wouldn't just be easier to not draw attention to yourself and enjoy the parks like everyone else. Because when it comes right down to it if you use just glasses and a hat who would really recognize you when they are tring to have fun with the family.

I have never seen anyone but that is OK.

The Joe Izuzu guy (think the late 80's commercial) was at the top of the BC/YC slide (when it first opened) & I was in the pool. Sadly I couldn't see him since I didn't have my contacts in. He is also the guy who was in that show (again in the 80's or early 90's) with Kristy McNichol & her father was a doctor & they lived in Florida.

And it was rumored (I think that same vacation) that MJ was staying at the GF but we never saw him that trip.

Oh & I wonder what celebs are reading this right now & laughing their butts off.

Years ago when I was at the park my husband and I were getting on Big Thunder Mountain the Ride was at a standstill when the guy in front of us said there is princess Di. I leaned out of line and got a picture of her getting into her car and the two boys. So obviously I did not meet her but I got to see her.

He used to live at 30 Crosby in TriBeCa, but I think he sold it this year. It was on the market about six months ago.

Wasn't at WDW, but I saw Elizabeth Shue and her daughter this morning on the train plateform. I was walking up the steps behind her and thought, "hmmm, she looks familiar". She turned around and *viola*, Elizabeth Shue. This was in South Orange, NJ and she was catching a train into NYC. Don't know if she lives around there, but there she was.

I've never seen/met anyone famous at WDW but living in NYC I'd meet and run into famous people all the time.

She lives in the NYC area. I son't know if it Manhattan or Bergen County, or Westchester. but I girl I went to school with was her kids' nanny.

I saw the wrestler Mick Foley (Man Kind) riding the pooh ride with his kids

OK...now I know it was him! While riding the monorail in January, we were stopping at the Poly. I saw him loading up a minivan in the parking lot right near the door, kids around, strollers, etc. He was even in his flannel shirt.

DH is a wrestling fan. I told him who I saw, but he didn't see him. I've always wondered if I imagined it! Now I know!

Believe it or not I would pass up seeing Johnny Depp to see Orlando Bloom....sigh!!!!!!

We saw Jump 5 from a distance at Animal Kingdom. I didn't know who they were buy my child did.

We are usually so wrapped up in our vacation that we have probably missed tons of famous people....LOL!

Has anyone ever spotted Keira Knightley there? My legs would probably give out! She's sooo cute!

I just talked to one of the hosts, Jane, from QVC (the home shopping network) yesterday at Magic Kingdom in line for Peter Pan. She asked me where I got my purse and I told her downtown disney. She was nice. I hope she found it, it's a great purse!

She lives in the NYC area. I son't know if it Manhattan or Bergen County, or Westchester. but I girl I went to school with was her kids' nanny.

I googled her and found out she graduated from a Maplewood HS which is the next town over here in Essex County. Sounds like at least her parents still live here. It did say she grew up in Bergen County as well. However, still don't know if she presently lives in Manhattan or out here in Jersey.
