Famous People You have met While at WDW

A few years ago we were in line for Test Track (before fast pass) and we saw Corey Feldman , he wasnt standing in line so they must have brought him in through a special entrance. My sister turned and said "isnt that Corey Feldman?" he heard us cause he turned and smiled. He was with a girl and they road in the car in front of us.

All the people who have met Roy Disney LUCKY!!!!!!! I wish! That would really make me cry. I love Walt so much and to be able to meet his nephew would be the closest I would ever get to Walt.

Every trip I ask a CM, "any celebs around???" I get the same answer all the time.. "Sure MICKEY MOUSE!!" ha ha ha ha ,,, very funny...

My sister would be the one to notice people because she pays attenton, I dont, Im too wrapped up in the parks and my vacation!

DH has spotted Ricki Lake, Jodi Benson (voice of Ariel), Muhammed Ali, and got to see the filming of one of the Family Matters episodes on his many trips to WDW.... :cool1:

While on my Disney Cruise, I saw Kelly Ripa!

I literally ran into Britney Spears while at Disney Quest when she was just becoming famous! I know this is not at a park but this summer in NYC I was outside ABC headquarters and I saw Michael Eisner! I totally freaked out but I didnt lose my cool. I think Mr. Eisner thought it was odd when a 16 year old girl was yelling his name jumping up and down. It was great though, and he was very nice! :earsboy:

hahahahaha...awwww that is so cute! I would've done the same thing ! :p

This is such a great thread. My sighting actually happened at the airport following my first trip to DW. We grabbed a quick bite before boarding the plane and Lawrence Taylor (big, mean football player in his day) was sitting at the next table.

I wanted to say hello but I am really a hockey only kind of sports fan and didn't want to lie and say that i was a fan or something lame like that. I only was sure it was him since i recognized him from his match against Bam Bam Bigelow in one of the early Wrestlemanias.

Kinda wordy for a first post, I will try better in the future.

Sweet thread. I literally "ran" into Cedric the Entertainer at MGM. I got separated from my family by an oncoming crowd. I was looking down at the park map and when I looked up I ran directly into him. I said sorry, and he nicely said "no problem" pretty nice about it too. I felt like an idiot afterwards though. :rotfl:

We were at Indiana Jones in the mid 90's (I think it was 94) and Mary Tyler Moore was sitting right in front of us with another woman. DH recognized her first and my daughter (who was about 10 or 11) got her autograph book out of her bag and went to ask for an autograph.......but, went to the other woman with Mary Tyler Moore!!!!!! They were very nice about it and Ms. Moore signed the book for DD and everybody chuckled a bit......

Okay, I guess you need to be a certain age to get this, but on our honeymoon in 1980, we asked to ride in the front of the Monorail, and we were in there with Art Linkletter. We knew who he was. He was very nice. When we got home we were telling my in-laws, and my youngest brother in law says "Who is Art Linkletter?".

I'm sure Corey smiled because he was so happy someone actually remembered who he was. Ha! Ha! Only kidding . . . his last appearance on the Surreal Life didn't seem to do much to boost his career either.

My sister and I once saw the judge from Night Court - you know the one named Harry who does all the magic? Can't think of his name. We have a picture of him in the cowboy hat store - I guess it's considered Fronteirland(which by the way, I was disappointed to see this shop no longer exists). He had one of those tour guides with him. He politely posed for a picture. Still have it somewhere I think.

Oh, isn't that the guy that was on Kid's Say The Darndest Things? Yes, I'm smart! :rotfl:

In May 1999, we saw Ben Savage. He was putting his handprints at the Chinese Theater at MGM. While we didn't see them, Britney Spears and Regis & Kathie Lee were there at the same time we were...

My husband swears we saw Raven Simone during our last trip in November 2004 -- funny thing is that I am the one who remembers everything and I don't remember this -- so I'm skeptical that it actually happened.

He's right..It's true. I took my daughters to the World last November. And she was performing at MGM for a few days. We were lucky enough to meet her.

My daughter and I talked with Donny Osmond at Gaspirillas at GF late one night. He was really nice and very approachable.

Also got to ride the monorail with Jesper Parnevik for all you golf fans. His whole family was there...including his old nanny,Elin, who is now Mrs. Tiger Woods.

I can't believe all these sightings! I never pay enough attention to my surroundings but I do have one to mention although it was at Universal Studios in Cali. When I was 16 we went on a family vacation and my 13 yo sister and I were off by ourselves and standing in line for some ride when it started raining and out of nowhere this umbrella appeared over our heads. I turned around saying "Thank you!" and was shocked to see this huge guy in a black suit holding the umbrella. He just pointed behind him and I saw Mario Lopez wave (this was when Saved By the Bell was really big). He had sent one of his bodyguards over with his umbrella. I just smiled and waved back then discreetly poked my sister so she could see him too.

LOLOLOL :rotfl2: I agree totally!! WE were making fun of him saying he was SO happy someone recognized him!! Honestly, I dont even think of him as a celeb, but thats the closest I ever came to seeing one ...

I wish they could get a Golden Girls Reunion at MGM.. I LOVE The Golden Girls! Remember the house in the backlot tour?? Wish it was still there!

We saw baseball player Roger Clemens walking down main street at the MK, he's huge, towered over me. He was signing autographs so I asked for one, he was very nice.
