Actually, they aren't related. It's Steven Seagal, and Katey Sagal. The twins, Jean and Liz, are her sisters. It doesn't look like the twins have acted much lately according to www.IMDB.com . I used to watch them on Double Trouble, and also saw them on en episode of Picket Fences once.
