We are very excited as we booked air today for our January trip. Now for minor details. Why cant I get 2009 rates from DW website? What is the difference $$ between family suite vs. standard room at All Stars? Has anyone stayed in one? We are a family of three traveling with a cousin close in age to our princess. Any help appreciated.

Hi and welcome!!
This year's rates came out early last August.

Here's the link for this year's prices. http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/disney-rates-2008.htm#VALUE During value season, a standard room is $84; a suite is $184.

The family suites tend to run just over double the cost of one standard room. But if there are 4 of you, and the 2 girls don't mind sharing a bed, you can go with a single room.

I believe the family suite offers a kitchenette that a standard room doesn't. It is great if you plan to eat any meals in your room. If not, save the money and just get a standard room. Enjoy the magic!

my parents are staying in a family suite with all the grandkids and all us adults are staying in standard rooms. The family suite has a sink, microwave, and a fridge. It also has two bathrooms. We got it cause we do breakfast in the room before we go to the parks and you can keep milk, cereal, etc... in the fridge and you can use the small freezer of the fridge to freeze water bottles to take with you to the parks!!!
