Family Guy

My 16 yr old son loves Family Guy. He knows to turn if off immediately if his younger sisters walk into the room.

P.P.S. You know, it might be a little chilly in London, I'm actually going to take the sweater.

:lmao: That's our second favorite ep!

"You want to go take a dump in Mother Maggie's shoes?"

:) Michele

It's even funnier when you live in RI because it's just such a dead on impression of the area.

I must be really sick because this makes me laugh hysterically

don't know how to tell you this Mr.Divani! So I'll let these guys do it!!!!

YOU HAVE AIDS! Yes you have Aids! I hate to tell you boy that you have aids! You got the aids! You may have caught when you stuck that filthy needle in here. Or maybe all that unprotected sex what you hear?

It isn't clear.. but what were certain of is you have aids! Not HIV but full blown aids! Be sure that you see that this is not HIV..... but full blown aids! Not HIV but really full blow aids!

I'm sorry I wish it was something less serious! But its aids! YOU'VE GOT THE AIDS!!!!!!!!!!

I told my kids that at my funeral they can sing it but change it to
"You had AIDS"

Last wee Peter had a stroke and was trying to sing, It's the end of the World as we Know it" and I was on the floor

I have to say that my favorite episode is "The Courtship of Stewie's Father". Peter and Stewie go to WDW. It's hilarious!

Brian is totally my favorite! I just love how he's the smartest one of the family ;)

One of my favorite scenes is where Brian's trying to tell Peter that something is wrong at Cleveland and Loretta's house. Of course, he's speaking perfect English but all Peter can say is "what is it boy, what are you trying to tell me?" Finally, a frustrated Brian says "woof, woof, woof, woof" to which Peter responds "something's wrong with Loretta?"

There's another Brian scene with Stewie and I won't go into detail since it's rather controversial - those of you who know the show will know the one I mean. It's when Stewie is sunburned in the tanning bed and he asks Brian to help him put the lotion on. Sick, but funny.

Lois: "I just wish my opinion mattered to you".
Peter: "Well it matters to you and that's what's important".
DH says that to me all the time now!

We watch every night, even though we've seen every episode like a hundred times. Tuesday nights there's even a little mini-marathon.

Love Family Guy.

It's so wrong it's right.

A few have been a bit disturbing even for me (I also love South Park and Beavis & Butthead), particularly Brian making out with Meg, but it's "Must See TV".

2 great scenes from last night's episodes. Peter's boss dies. At the funeral, Peter speaks: "Good afternoon everyone. As you know, we of the Christian faith believe that Jesus is not really dead, but that he must let the world think that he is dead, until he can find a way to control the raging spirit that dwells within him. (holds up half picture of the Incredible Hulk's face and puts it next to half picture of Jesus' face) "DAH DAH DAH DAH."

Then, the Quagmire song:
Giggity, giggity, giggity, giggity - Let's have sex.

Brian to Lois.."He made me eat the hair in megs pie"

How about Peter breast feeding Stewie?:rotfl2:

"Where's my money Brian" :lmao:

It's peanut butter jelly time!!

"click click bloody pancakes!"

"I have a question for you: Why....are you.......still here?"

"Let's go play 'swallow the stuff under the sink'"

:) Michele

it is the one show that makes me laugh out loud, and my DW cant stand it!

One of the scenes that always cracks me up is of Gepetto and Pinocchio when Gepetto drops his glasses and tries to provoke Pinocchio into lying while Gepetto is still bent over.

Or when Peter was a hooker and gets into the backseat of the car. Stewie keeps looking from Meg to Peter and says "Eerie isn't it? It's like looking into the future"

This is a funny one...:lmao:

Stewie: Did you hear that Meg? Guys can marry other guys now. So...this is awkward, but I mean, if they can do that, that is pretty much it for you, isn't it? I mean you as well pack it in. Game over.

Another one..

(Lois finds a note in Chris's pocket)
Lois: Huh, what's this? You know Stewie, Mommy doesn't usually read things out of Chris's pocket. She's more respectful than that.
Stewie: Whatever helps you sleep at night, *****..

The show is genious. DH and I SWEAR that Seth Mcfarlane is secretly following us around getting ideas and jokes for the show. Some of the stuff that they come up with is so out of left field that I think nobody else but DH and I would possibly get the joke. For example, the show two weeks ago had Brian and Stewie taunting a guy at a booth at a fair who was the guy who was the bombadier on the Enola Gay (the guy who dropped the bomb on Hiroshima). Weeeeelll don't you know that THAT guy is Col. Thomas Ferebee...born and raised right here in my town and I live literally 30 seconds from his national landmark sign announcing it to the world and I've met his grandson ata town meeting. We always joke about how "proud" our twon must be to be known for this...oh andDaniel Boone was born here too.

God I love everything about this show. Oh and for Futurama lovers, the show has been renewed and is supposed to be airing new episodes soon on Comedy Central.

I'm with the rest of you--this show is FANTASTIC. :thumbsup2

Not exactly. Four 2-hour (in TV time, that is) direct-to-DVD episodes have been made. The first one, "Bender's Big Score", was released in late November. It's awesome. The four "movies" will be re-cut to four half-hour episodes each and will air on Comedy Central. :)
