Fall/Early Winter 09/30/25 Incentives Released

I didn’t expect they’d be better. And they are definitely not.

I always wonder if the guides get frustrated when a non-exciting incentive period rolls out. “THIS again?!” It would make a sales job tougher I’m sure.

I’m feeling like maybe I timed something correctly for once.

Looking at this, glad I signed a contract for add-on points last week. Originally I was going to wait until Nov, but you guys reminded me to act earlier. The holiday period should have better incentives, IMO though. Right before we start overspending on parties and gifts. Who knows, maybe Disney knows summer is better for them to offer good deals.

It looks like the interest rates are creeping up. Now 11.5% nominal, going down to 11% if you do direct debit. Wasn't it 11%/10.5% before?

Interest rate is the same as last incentive period, and varies by down payment (10 vs 20%). I saved the last incentive sheets for comparison. You can get down to 8.99% with a 20% down payment and direct debit.

DVCnews is up with their summary:

Aside from all of us who bought during the last round of incentives feeling good about our purchase :-), about the only thing noteworthy to me is that the spread between new member and add-on pricing isn't very significant once you go above 150 points - 100, 125, and 150 point levels are still decent. Quickly eyeing Poly and RIV, about $1 or $2 at most levels above that.
