Hi Everyone!

I'm super excited about applying for the college program and I was wondering when I can expect to apply in the spring? Also, for any alumni, what is the timeline like for applying?

Thank you so much!

For Fall 2010 applications came out January 20th (from what I've heard, it normally that week that applications come out). I applied that night and got the phone number to call and called the next day. I had my phone interview the 25th and was accepted in the first round and got the e-mail letting me know I was accepted on Feb 6th I believe. Then I got my purple folder on the 12th. Normally, the earlier you apply and interview, the sooner you'll find out, but there were people that applied on the 20th but didn't find out until late march/early April that they were accepted.

Actually, it seems the earlier you apply the longer it takes to find out. I applied on (I'm forgetting the time frame here, but) around late March, interviewed the day after that and got my results 4 days after my interview. My (old) roommate applied about the last week you could and only waited a week for results. The downside is of course that the later you apply, the less spots they have for some of the more exclusive roles (I'm thinking BBB) but no one outside of a recruiting role will know that for certain.

I applied for Fall 2010 in April, was accepted in exactly a week's time, and got BBB.

Not necessarily. The whole acceptance process really depends on how your interview went. I know plently of people who applied on day 1 of when applications came up for whatever program year/season they were applying for and got a response within a week. And there are others who didn't get anything until a couple of weeks before the recruiting season came to an end.
