Fall 2026 itineraries

I'd like to see the NYC cruises return if they go somewhere other than just Bermuda.
I have cruised out of NYC 4 times. The last time in 2023 it stopped in Bermuda and Tortola ending in Puerto Rico.

I believe they have done sailings in the past where they stopped at Cape Cananveral (WDW), Nassau and CC.

I have cruised to St. Johns, NB, Canada from NYC and Bermuda (2 Nights at the Wharf), plus my first cruise in 2012 to nowhere. This was a 2 night cruise that just left NYC and went out into the Atlantic. Very fun.

I would love to see NYC again.

:earsgirl: 🚢👍

They did that in 2018. Those cruises did not sell. We took advantage of the discounts.

Often the Bermuda cruises were discounted as well... and these were the smaller ships.

But then I didn't think Galveston sold too well either... maybe it was just those longer cruises where Disney was going to the Bahamas. Maybe they figured out 3/4 nights is the sweet spot for most families?

We've done quite a few cruises from NYC and Galveston just because they were so heavily discounted. I think the price of the of the 3 or 4 night is probably a sweet spot for most families. I don't think it's because they like shorter cruises.

Back when we started cruising in 2010 we could do a 7 night verandah room for 4 on the Fantasy in the 3-5k range depending on the time of year. Prices have gone up so much.

I really think that we are going to get new itineraries Aug 12-14th with them bookable the following week.

I think the D23 DCL cruise announcements are going to be:
- Year round from Galveston in 2027
- Name and possible theme of Wish Class #4, 2027
- Wish first European season 2027 before her dry dock
- Possible return to NYC port for fall of 2027

I’m not seeing any real holes in the NYC port schedule for October 2026 nor would it make a lot of sense with the current Florida port agreements, but I would be fine with being wrong.

Something I would love to see, but I don’t think we are getting at D23 is a once a year adult only sailing during the first week of September from Florida.

As far as itinerary announcements- If the Galveston schedule it really is to be believed and the magic is coming back East, we will get the WBPC in the next drop.

The first 2 announcements are likely whenever the next round of itineraries is announced.

I strongly doubt the summer 2027 cruises will be announced in this round, though. Right now, cruises have been announced through September 2026. The spring/early summer release has typically included cruises through December of the following year, though last year's announcement did go through May 2026. So, whenever we get news, it will probably go through May 2027 at the latest. Especially if it will be the Wish in Europe in 2027, Disney won't want to sabotage Dream sailings for 2026 this far in advance.

Im not saying summer will be announced during itinerary drop (likely August 12-14th).

I am saying we will likely get info on Summer 2027 at Destination D23 later this month, including likely announcement that the Wish will do a summer season in 2027 (not bookable yet, but "coming soon" for the next drop after the Fall\Early Spring). DCL is not releasing Wish #4 name when Summer 2027 drops. It will be named at D23. Year Round from Galveston also might not be in the Fall 2026\ Spring 2027 release because STARTING in 2027 gives them a LOT of wiggle room. I bet it is year round starting Fall 2027 (when the 4th Wish Class comes online) and moving into 2028.

I'd love if it went all the way to Quebec but I would never expect that from Disney 😂
We have done this on NCL and it's one of my favorite itineraries that leave out of North America. It was a one way from Quebec City to NYC. We spent a few nights in Quebec City prior to the cruise and absolutely fell in love with it. I can't wait to go back there some day.

We've done three cruises in this area, one on DCL and two on NCL. The ports are all gorgeous - especially in the fall.

Remember at this time, you can't still book November 2026 and December 2026 WDW packages. Kind of guessing that both windows go online together whenever they do.
