FAKE TICKETS ?

I can accept weather issues actually , but from 2 days to more than a week....? NO ! Hope I will be calmer on Monday. Thanks to this board for sharing my GRIEF !
Are you in the US? If you are, you know the majority of the country has been having terrible weather the last week or so, which is delaying mail/packages all across the country.
 
When you call, ask if they were shipped and when. If they shipped on time, then your issue is not with UT but with the carrier.
I, too, have used UT with zero problems. In fact, when I ordered I typed the wrong number in my address (I ordered online). The NEXT morning UT called me to verify which address was correct -- the one I typed for shipping or as my CC billing address. I will be ordering from them again in a couple of weeks.
 
Have you checked your email spam/junk box? It is possible that they have emailed you the numbers, they are just not getting through.

As others have said, they are a completely legit and trustworthy company.

As for the ticket price increase, I believe that they sell whatever stock they still have at the old price. But if they have less stock of a particular ticket type or lots of people jump on it right after the increase then they'll run out of that stock and their prices on that ticket will increase sooner.
 

One issue is expedited shipping means just that, faster shipping once its in the mail. If they have a huge backlog it may take them a few days to get them processed and out the door.
 
Any updates since UT contacted you?
I've always been satisfied with their customer service.

Deb, thanks for responding, but I paid $16 for 2 day delivery and today I am being told they are not sure if I will get the physical tickets in a week. Meanwhile I am afraid there will be no fast passes left for the rides we want and the clock is ticking. Undercover Tourist should not promise me the ticket numbers when they have nothing to deliver. Now I am left wondering if those tickets even exist. I feel stupid making all these dining reservations when we don't even have tickets to enter the Park !
fwiw, I am going over easter...in 2 weeks, and I just did fp this week and there were tons of options left. I would not sweat the 30 day thing.
 
We have ordered from uct many times too and no issues. Betting weather delayed.
 
Someone PMed me today saying they are from Undercover Tourist asking me to contact them to provide my confirmation number, should I ? It is so strange that their office is closed on a weekend and now they are trying to help me through an anonymous board ? I understand the weather is causing the fedex delivery delay but why tell me I will get my ticket numbers through email and not do it after asking several times ? My emails are still working and has nothing to do with the weather and fedex planes not able to take off !
 
They monitor these boards and when there is a problem try to resolve it. They PMed you here because here is where you are posting. They posted right here in the thread saying they sent you a PM. Check their posting history if you are so suspicious.
 
As a consumer who just spent thousands of dollars on a once in a life time trip, I have every right to be " so suspicious". Thank you for letting me know that this board is monitored by Undercover Tourist, I had no idea.

On another popular Message Board that is Travel Related there has been a Hilton Hotels Representative

that will respond to posts and then handle the matter via a PM (the preferred way)


There have been other similar Rep to Costumer interactions on Forums but that is one that sticks out in my mind.

I would PM the UT Rep and have them confirm that they are a UT Rep and then hopefully proceed with their solution.


Your issue maybe able to be resolved in a favorable way for you.

I don't blame you for being suspicious since you just joined yesterday. Hope it all gets worked out, but I would probably just cancel and buy from WDW at this point to get your FP reservations unless you can get a number today. Not b/c they are shady, but just b/c you don't have it yet and want to book FP.

Yes, it's UT. They registered in 2003 and have 143 posts, not anonymous...they use their name. You can read their previous posts, click on their user name. Next to the word "messages" is a number. If you click it, you'll see their previous posts.
The provide very good service, and they are trying to help you. It's kind of up to you to respond.

I have ordered from UCT many times with no problems and have also seen them respond here on the Dis when someone is having an issue. They are asking for your confirmation #, not your phone number and address. I would be ok with giving that on a PM and see what he/she can do to help.
