Fairfield Marriott

Hi,
We just booked a room at the Fairfield Marriott. Is it a good hotel? Did anyone ever get pizza from pizza hut downstairs, is it super expensive? Did you try to upgrade your room when you got there for the same price? Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I really wouldn't consider the Fairfield Inn to be of Marriott quality. It was over 6 years ago that we stayed there, but I was less than impressed with the service or the size of the rooms. On an up note... the pizza was good.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in 2003. We thought it was a nice hotel for the value. We had a room towards the road and were at first a bit disappointed because we thought we would hear lots of traffic but then we realized that we could watch the fireworks from just outside our door and it made it nearly magical. Although I was not wowed... I was also not unhappy and we were able to do a lot of extras because the price was right!

We stayed there last Oct. for the third(?) time. It has been remodeled since the first couple of times we stayed there. We could tell that the bathroom was totally remodeled. Our room was clean and comfortable. The DH and DS had pizzas one day while DD and I grabbed something from the Quiznos on the way back from DL. There is also a McDonalds on the way back too. There is not a continental breakfast, so McD worked for a quick bite in the a.m. Hope this helps!
