Facebook ?

If your high school has a FB network, join that network. If your old BF is also a member of that network, you can view his wall without "friending" him.

I'm not even sure my bf at the time would know how to use FB. :lmao: I've never looked but since he was an abusive *** I would never want him there.

IF he allows non-friends to see much on his wall. Many people don't.

OP, take a minute to think about the relationship. Then search for a song by Kate Miller-Heidke; it's a song about facebook and exes. Do NOT listen to it if there are children around or if you're not into swearing. If you google it or look on youtube, it's a song with a bad word in the title that basically asks "are you kidding me".

Watch that, think about if your ex would ask that question if you tried to Friend him, and go from there. :)

I have and it has been about the same broken up time frame. Turns out that we have taken a lot of time catching up and we talk about our own families, kids, etc. We are actually in the same profession so that started the conversations and the renewed friendship. We do chat occasionally as well and my first question usually is hows wife, how are the kids.

Silly story: I was cleaning out the basement and found a pic of him from that time period in a box. I left him a message and asked if he wanted the picture. He said sure and it is now his profile pic... I'm not in the picture, Its just him!

It doesn't bother my husband and it doesn't bother his wife, so its no big deal. He's about 9 states away as well.
