Face Painting

I believe you can in the Studios - I know in June there certainly were face painters there, in Studio One, not far from the first entrance to the shop on your left hand side in there.

I don't know how much it costs, sorry.

Yes they were in the studios when we were there last week but I didn't see how much it cost - sorry. There was a bit queue though!

i dont think so. there is at halloween but thats the only time i know of. it wasnt cheap either lol

OMG Did you have to pay at Halloween ?
Do you know when we went in Oct. 2004 it was free, there was a massive pumpkin in Central Plaza and the face painting was in there and then in Discoveryland there was a hairdressing salon, set up by the Critter Coral and that was free of charge too. It was lovely, obviously nearly every child in the park had had their hair and makeup done. :)
I think it's a great shame that they're charging for it. :sad2:

When we went in April, there was face painting in the Studios. DD really wanted to get her face painted, so I told her she could choose any of the 8 Euros designs (the others cost either 12 or 15 euros, I can't remember). Mind you, they were really well done though (they had better be, at that price!).

When we were there in December, DD wanted to get her face painted again but they weren't open then (not on the days we were there anyway). Shame :lmao: .

My Ds had his face painted and it was very well done, it was in Fantasyland just past the right of the castle, it was a shame DS insisted in taking it off 10 mins later and wiped his face on his brand new WHITE tshirt and unfortunately it did stain! So beware!

sorry about that i didnt know about the studios

In October 2008 they were doing free face painting around Woody's Roundup :thumbsup2

Thanks for the replies everyone, I was wanting to get it done myself:rotfl2:

Do you think they will let me get this done if it is open when we visit? I mean they dont have age restrictions do they?

No, they don't have age restrictions on the face painting that you pay for :)

My daughter had it done in the studios - she had one of the cheaper ones at 8 euros and it was stunning. We also saw a boy having one done, a full face one, and it was amazing. There were lots of adults walking around with them so I definitely don't think there is an age limit on.

We did only see it two out of the 4 days we were there though and you have to go into the shop to pay before queuing up :)

I had mine done in the Studios before but they didnt have anyone doing face painting in Dec. The prices were 8E and 12E for the more complex ones.
