Face Painting jobs?

I've looked this up many times online and haven't been able to find any of the information I was looking for, and I thought perhaps someone here might know a thing or two.

I know that they have face painting at Universal, and I've loved face painting ever since I was a kid, and I play around quite often even today. I think it would be very fun to be able to work as a face painter in the parks. But I can't find any information on how one would apply for the position. Am I missing something? Or does anyone know how to get started? Or does anyone know what the qualifications are, perhaps?

I'd love to talk to the face painters in the park, but I don't have a way to do that right now. So I was hoping to maybe get some information here, if anyone knows anything about it.

FYi, someone posted today about helping with universal and give kids the world and volunteering. One of the types of volunteering involves face painting. I don't know how to copy a link but it was posted today, on this section of the forum.
I don't think it is paid but it probably comes in that "warm fuzzies" dept.
