My husband's grandmother was a very sweet, very smart soul. She once said to me "Honey, I don't think it's so much your religion or your church that's going to get you to heaven. I think it's how you live your everyday life."
Those are some words I'll always remember....and I do believe it is true.

At least this time, the eye surgeon and Pedi GI were able to work out their schedules to combine procedures.
That, in my Catholic mother's eyes is condeming ME (and my husband and son and sister.....) to hell. That to me is just finding a church where I feel comfortable and am not judging anyone else. I just find the Catholic mass too monontonous, and the denomination to "routined" for me.
