I watched it last night, it was okay. I did enjoy looking on the internet to see what the real life people looked like. Let's just say the real mom/principal looks nothing like Tatum O'Neal.

This is the main girl pre-blonde hair/losing weight and then after her dye job. If you have Facebook you can search her and see what she looks like now (lot skinnier). Name is Karrissa Theret.

I told my DH that is was based on a true story, but he didn't believe me! Yes, I suckered my DH into watching it with me. So, what has happened to them all since the incident?

I know one girl changed schools, one dropped out and got her GED, dunno about the others. They're also all in college from what I hear, and that some of them applied for sororities but did not get in. Not sure the truth of all that, but I would guess it isn't far off.

The ex-cheerleader coach was on the news the other night. She said she has been getting messages from the girls moms saying they are going to "bring her down" (I think was the quote). One mom told her she made over 200,000 dollars a year so she'd better watchout .

The real ex-cheerleader coach was in the movie, she was one of the judges.
