F&W question

We arrive next Saturday for our first time at BWV and the F&W and I have a question I haven't seen answered yet.

Are the food and wine booths cash only or can you use Disney room charge or credit cards? If it is cash only, I will need to get more cash.

No need for cash. They take Disney resort ID, credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and Disney Reward cards at the very least.

Have fun - I'll be across the lake at BCV, handing my room key or rewards card to the various F&W kiosks

They also take snack credits from the Disney Dining Plan! We used ours up in Italy and several other booths.

Hi: This is the first time we ever used gift cards and it worked out wonderfully. We always used either cash or the resort id.

They actually have special F&W giftcards. They are smaller than the normal gift cards and come with a wrist band. That way you can load a $100 on it and be able to purchase stuff from any kiosk. No need to keep taking your wallet out or have to deal with cash and change. Very convient.

Yes, I was surprised the Lobster Roll was a snack credit! It was $7

I think the Counter Service plan next year will be very popular for F&W. I would do it knowing 2 snacks would cost about $12. Knowing Disney they will change what's eligible

I liked the little wrist tags too!

We did find a booth or two that were having a problem taking cards and were taking only cash while we were there last week. But when we stopped at another time they were able to take cards again. So keeping a few dollars cash would be wise.

Does anyone know if the Festival Disney gift card with wrist band can be purchased with a Disney Reward Card? Can they be used everywhere in Disney?
