F&W - posted park hours?

Hi - the Disney site shows F&W starting at 9 am under the EPCOT hours. Can someone please clarify what is open in World Showcase starting at 9 am each day during F&W?

As I recall, nothing in WS is open at 9. I believe the Festival Center opens at 9am, but all of the food booths open at 11 with the rest of WS. At least that's how it was when we were there last week.

Not everything for F&W is in WS,the festival center for example is between M:Space and the old Ellen UofEnergy attraction.World Showcase is mostly closed until 11am,you can walk from France to Canada with the French bakery opening at 9am.You can also walk between Mexico and Norway where Frozen Ever after does open at 9am.
