F&W Festival Food Booth Menus are up!!!

Everytime I click on the link I also just see a list of countries names. There's no listing of of what they offer? I even went to the allears web site and still nothing.
If someone is able to get it to come up, could they please copy and paste it here. I (actually my mom) would very much appreciate it. Thanks!!

We will be at the festival 10/30. Wish it wasn't a Saturday but its the only way we could work it. Hope the lines aren't too long!

I printed out the menus, but I'd like some opinions. Which foods listed have you tried and loved?

So far I know I want the Watermelon Juice, Ice Wine, Honey Lemonade, Cheddar Cheese Soup, Maple Glazed Salmon. But then there are dozens more I can't decide on!

What is a not to be missed item for you??

Thanks
Jill

Another F & W newbie here!! I am really excited about this trip! I can't wait to try all the interesting food and drinks. There'll be no breakfast for me that day! ;) And, I also packed the Pepcid already. :p

Hmmmm, sounds like not much for vegetarians. (Other than the desserts, which I should avoid because I'm a diabetic.)

Some of the things, like cheddar cheese soup, might or might not be vegetarian. Has anyone tried asking about ingredients? Would the folks who staff the both be likely to know what's in each item?

I might have to try the chocolate gianduja cake even though I'm not supposed to! (Gianduja is chocolate with ground hazelnuts and is HEAVEN.)

My eye keeps being drawn to the White Chocolate - Orange Tartlett. That sounds heavenly......
Has it ever been there before? I never saw the Florida booth on my other F&WF trips. Is it relatively new?

/
The Florida booth has been there the last several years that I have been going.

JudyS,

The cheese soup has bacon sprinkled on the top. I don't know if bacon is used when preparing it.
HTH

If they prepare the soup at the restaurant like the recipe calls for in the book they sell the bacon is cooked in the soup as well as being sprinkled on top.

Ice wine!!! I haven't had that in almost 14 years! I know what I'm saving $4.50 for!!!! :Pinkbounc

I haven't been to F&WF since 2000 - I'm definately headed straight to the FL booth for that white chocolate orange tartlett....

I think Peru is also calling my name.

Judy,
They normally have a receipe book that shows what is in each receipe. You could look at the book at the festival shop to give you some idea of what might work.

Thanks for the link. We were hoping some of our favorites were going to make an appearance again this year. Especially looking forward to the Potato and Leek soup from Ireland as well as their Whiskey flan.
I'm dying to try the chocolate creme brulee from France too. Glad to see the escargot are back. I missed them last year.
After being on the Atkins diet for almost 3 months now, I'm going to have a carb feeding frenzy lol.
Bet you guys can here my tummy growling from there huh??

We looked at the Recipe book last year at F & W, and not all of the recipes were listed.

Kinda disappointing for me, because I was looking for a certain recipe.

And I'll miss the green tea mousse that used to be at the Japan booth. It was one of my favorites!!
