F&W Fest reserve/signature dinners

Hi,

For all of you who have been lucky enough to attend the special reserve and signature dinners over the past years.

What has been your favorite theme/meal/wines? I don't need specifics, exactly what was served...just what menus/experiences you were the happiest with.

My favorite was in 2001 (when it was called Winemaker's dinner) at the Odessey.

I remember the wines quite well . Two wineries, one had Australian wines, and one had New Zealand wines. There were six wines served. Three from each. (plus one pre dinner wine).

The food was very good. If I find the menu, I will post it.

thanks for your response. I guess we will just make reservations and play it by ear...I am sure all the food is wonderful.
