I'm going to be at WDW during the F&W festival. I see that some of the beers are served in Commemorative Steins. Are they different Stiens for each country that has one or is it the same one? If they're the same, I'll just get the one, but if they're different, I'd like to get them all.

Hmm, not sure, I'll take a look when I go tonight. I bought one this past week at the beer stand in Germany, but before the F+W Fest, and that was just a Biergarten one, but not the one they'd be selling at the booths.

Thanks...According to Allearsnet, they have them at Australia (Fosters), Octoberfest (Lowenbrau), and Barley and Hops Market (10th Anniversary Festival Beer). Don't know if they're anywhere else. They're $10.95 for 22oz. Was that what you paid?

Yep, saw them at the latter two last night but I don't recall what was on them. We'll be heading over to both Australia and the Market today anyway.

I paid $12.25 at the regular beer booth that's there all year, so $10.95 is a good deal. You've pretty much paid for it when you factor in how much the beer costs, also. I'll be trying the 10th anniversary beer tonight, hopefully.

Ok, I checked all of the booths last night - they all have the same logo, it's the Epcot Food and Wine Festival logo.

Forever42, did you notice if they were plastic or glass? Thanks in advance.

...pardon me but I can't resist this :smooth:

Too bad these weren't the "refillable" kind like at the resorts... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I think I'm gettin the 10th anniversary one on Thursday...

Heather

They must be plastic, they don't let you carry glass around the park.

Now..can someone tell me..is there a special 10th anniversary microbrew for these mugs (like bud did the safari amber for AK), or what kind of beer are the putting in these mugs.

It is too bad they're not refillable ;)

They are plastic, as webray noted. And webray, there's a different beer they're putting in the glasses at the booths that are participating. The Hops and Barley Market is filling it with the 10th anniversary brew (tried it, not thrilled with it, won't get again), Australia is filling it with Foster's, and the Oktoberfest booth is filling it with Lowenbrau, the Oktoberfest brew, I believe.

Get yours early. Germany ran out yesterday and I don't recall seeing them at Australia. (I went to Germany knowing I'd seen them there Sat. and did not check Austraila. I knew I had not seen them at UK.)
