F & W and using DDP

Can someone explain what you can use DDP for in Epcot for F&W festival? Can you use snack credits for the tastings that are $4 or less atthe tasting booths? How can you use your counter service credits- can they be used at the little booths also? Trying to decid eif it is worth it for this trip or not as we'll be eating late lunch/dinner at Epcot 2 of the 3 days of our trip.
