I while back I posted about how bad the smell was when we took our ez-set pool down. Well, the ground is much better but....the pool itself smells too...not as bad but pretty bad.

We finally got it dried totally (I hope)....that thing is huge when it is down!! It is the 18' X48" one.

Anyway, my question...where do you store yours for the winter?? DH seems to think we can find a tote of some sort big enough...but I really doubt it...we have looked.

I don't think storing it in the garage is a good idea either?? We have had a problem with little mice lately.... and I don't want them to chew it! It'll probably go in the basement.

Just wondered where everyone stores theirs for the winter months....and I was thinking of sprinkling it all over with baking soda to maybe get rid of the smell

Thanks
Lisa

Lisa you are asking all my questions before I even think of them LOL I was seriously thinking the basement though. (Mine is still drying thanks to some rain)

folded like it was when we took it out of the box.....the instructions did say do not store it if it goes below freezing.....so we have ours in the celler.....we had to put it on the roller so we could carry it......those are heavy things.....it was so much fun this summer.....OH YAH....before we emptied it.....he made it clean by doing the chlorine and also the algae eating stuff......clean as a whistle.....also we dried it with big towels that we use for outdoor use..
