I've been on HOLD for 18 minutes! What do they have ONE CSR???? Geez! still on hold!!! They keep telling me that my call will be answered shortly, but then tell me that there is an unusually high amount of cslls and I may want to call back. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
 
I have heard the "High Volume, you may want to call back later" from other places. Seems to me that no matter when I call, they have the SAME message!
 
Don't give up...because you will ALWAYS get that message. The only way to get through is to keep holding...hope you have a cordless phone!
 
Say 'hi' to them for us:wave:...oh and I always have trouble at the New Roc toll... :rolleyes: :teeth:.
 

Don't give up Tony, once you hang up, your call will probably have been the next one.
 
No - not still holding. I've been receiving a message "unpaid" when I go through a toll recently. And it NEVER works on the GWB or the Henry Hudson Toll:rolleyes: :rolleyes: . I have to send them back because they say the battery is dying and they will issue me knew ones in a few weeks....
