I just called and ordered. I did not see this about the back until now, so I hope they get the right one!

I don't really care if the back of the shirt isn't perfect. I just want people to recognize me as a WISHer. I faxed my order in today, but the order form doesn't ask for credit card information. Will they send me more paperwork, asking me for this information and tell me the pricing?? Even though I faxed the order form, I didn't include a fax coversheet, so they don't know my fax number. However, they have my e-mail address on the order form, so I'm hoping they will e-mail me something! Has anyone gotten through the entire ordering process yet, including credit card payment? If so, please explain how it worked for you. Thank you!

I just checked my email this morning and I got an invoice at 12:11am for my shirts. I will pay it ASAP!! I was told yesterday when I called that the shirts would be produced today and mailed out today or tomorrow. I hope I get it befor the Minnie.

Yay! I just ordered to. Post a pic and let us know how they fit. I pray these are not too tight! I ordered a 1X ladies for me (same as XL) I think and I orginally ordered a L for DH, but I e-mailed to see if I could change it to a XL. He's kinda in between sizes... ugh.

I got my invoice this morning and paid it right away. My total was $48 because I ordered 2 shirts. Both 1X. 1X is usually a little bigger than XL (they just had large and then 1X). Mark sent me an e-mail asking me if I wanted my name on the shirts so I wrote him back saying YES. Can't wait to get my shirts. The reason I ordered two is so that I can wear one Saturday at the Expo and Meet (at POR) so WISHers will recognize me. The other one will be for the race on Sunday. Yeah!

For those who have paid, have you heard anything? I got a receipt in my email and Paypal went through my credit card. I hope the shirts are done and mailed out already because I would really like it before May1st.

Here hoping and putting some on it and crossing my fingers.

Same here. I got an paypal invoice and paid it. The only thing I got back was the usual paypal receipt. I haven't received any type of e-mail saying my shirts (ordered 2) were shipped. I hope I receive them within one week from now! They are coming all the way from Canada, so not sure how long it will take.

HI, was getting worried about my shirt and I have a backup if needed but wasn't sure if I should have the person mail it to me.
So........I broke down and called just now at 5pm. The man (I think Mark) apologized up and down and said all shirts should be done soon and all should be mailed out no later than Wednesday. He said he was couriering them so that we should have them by Mon-Tues of next week. He said they were covering the cost of the expedited shipping so we could get out shirts on time. He said we have his word.?.
Still not sure if I should have my backup shirt mailed to me?? I will think on it.
Just thought I would let people know what was going on.

Hope it happens.

Thanks for the update Tracy. Getting the shirts in a little over a week from now is SCARY. I hope they come in time! I ordered two of them. Also, let's hope they fit. And, I hope they take their time to address each package correctly. If they get a zip code wrong or something, you can forget it. Tracy: The person who offered to send you a shirt - are those the shirts that everyone was complaining are too small? If so, make sure it's a size bigger than you usually wear.

Debbie : yeah they are the ones. I'm on the fence about having her mail it to me. I would just be borrowing it and would send it back to her. I would need to let her by tomorrow, but I think I will just hope that I get the one from Eye2Eye.
I have a kinda lime green tech shirt I got from Joe's New Balance Outlet website. If at all needed, I'll wear that instead. I have a WISH visor so that will help.

If I don't get my shirts in time, I'll have to go out and try to find any type of lime green shirt and take a permanent marker to it and write: WISHer on it or something. I need to be recognized as a WISHer because I need all the support I can get. I'm no where near a 15 minute mile in my training. It almost sounds like they're waiting to get ALL the shirts done and mail them ALL at the same time. I hope that's not what they're doing. Keep your fingers crossed!

For all of you waiting for shirts to race in, please be careful. You need to get at least one run (would eb best if it was along run) in tehm before you race in them, especially in teh heat. If you don't get a LR in, then body glide around your neck adn arms wher teh shirt openings are to be sure.

Can't we download any of the WISH graphics and make our own shirts? Does Eye2Eye own those designs?? No right?? I guess i am just curious, as i don't have the extra $$ to buy a shirt, but would love a WISH shirt -- and i always make iron-on shirts for all our WDW trips - didn't know if this was an option, or i would get dirty looks!LOL So - if it's not a good idea, i apologize in advance!!! This is my first race! LOL

Just wanted to let every know that Mark called me today. He wanted to know if my names one the shirts (no thanks, I'm ordering for 5 different folks, plain is fine) and he said they should be sending them out tomorrow.

Stacy...You may want to PM Mel(Chimera) or Carrie. Carried the original shirt order. They might be able to answer your question.

I would think you would be fine to do an iron-on, but I really don't know. You may want to ask on the weekly thread too.

Stacey: You can get a reg t-shirt from cafepress. I got my Mom a WISH scream shirt. It's a reg cotton t-shirt but could work for you. The web address is http://www.cafepress.com/livinglively/3912486.
Also, if you go to cafepress.com and type in WISH racing ream, some other stuff will come up that I hadn't seen yet.

Carrie: I never would have thought about walking in my shirt prior to the race! In my training (7 miles at the most), I just wear a regular t-shirt with sleeves and never had a problem. I ordered both a sleeveless and a regular t-shirt. Hope I get them in time to try them out. My last Long Walk is the Thursday before the Sunday 15K. Where do you get body glide? Too late to order online. I've been all over. I thought Sports Authority would have it, but they don't. Any ideas where to get body glide?? (besides online)?? Thanks!

Debbie - Do you have a local running store near you? They would have it. I've also purchased BodyGlide at REI, EMS, and Hudson Trail Outfitters (not sure where you are located).

Hope you are able to find some!
