EYE2EYE shirts - Designs and Information

OK, I have tried to call them all morning from 9am to now 1pm EST and I only get a message saying that the voicemail box has not been set up yet. OK now what? I tried to fax them at the fax number and I get a persons voicemail with no identity given, so I just left a message hoping something. Maybe they are not working today? That is just very strange that both numbers are not working. I live in FL and I am just dialing the number with a 1 in front of the area code, is that right? I hoped I can get ahold of them sometime.:confused3

When I asked about the sizing, he just told me it was the same as you would find in a store, I know that does not help very much. He also said the shirts were a loose fit, so I opted on the womens large (I would normally buy a cotton t-shirt in large, and a tech shirt in med in uni-sex sizing, in womens I sometimes buy a large and sometimes an XL, so we will see). I am kind of a between sizes person, so it is hard to get things that fit right.

You sound like you're the same size as me
and I'm torn with which size to get so
could you please post with how the sizes run.
Thanks!!!!!:goodvibes

i've tried calling them all day too to change an order (hopefully). same recording as you received.

1+number works fine.

hmmmm

When I talked to them yesterday, the person I talked to said that today there was going to be an electrician in who was re-wiring the place, maybe that has interfered with the phone service.

As of 5:10 pm EST, I still could not get through. I did get one phone call that something answered but was static and then it hung up. The next call someone answered and said, "hello, hello?" I was saying hello and then it hung up - that was around 3pm. I have not had any luck. I am sure they are probably gone for the day. I am not sure if they are around over the weekend, but I guess I will try anyway because I really want a shirt before May 1st. (If anyone has a tech WISH women's shirt size large or a man's tech WISH shirt size med they would like to loan me if I can't find a shirt for the Minnie 15K, let me know.)

I received an email tonight from EYE2EYE:

Hi Tracy
I'm sorry I did not get back to you sooner
We have moved to a new location where the electric power
was faulty and we had to re-wire the whole building -
due to an accident in power installation our phone lines were cut
does not get any worse lol
I will be working all weekend - I will generate an order form
that you will be able to fax us - this will be done and emailed to you
on Saturday
Once again sorry for the delay, we have been trying our best to get
everything working
Mark"

I emailed back telling Mark I REALLY appreciated him getting back to me and I was looking forward to getting the form.
I will keep you all updated and maybe I could post the form here.

I haven't been able to get ahold of them at all. By phone or e-mail. I just sent my third e-mail this morning. I hope I hear something back! I really want a W.I.S.H. shirt, so I can really feel like I'm part of the team!

*UPDATE*

I didn't get anything yesterday and so I called just and got Mark on the phone. He was getting different options that people were asking for other than just crew neck or performance style. He had an order form ready yesterday, but then after looking at what others were trying to order (v-neck, crew neck, speghetti straps, etc), he decided to make up a new order form. He told me he should have it ready today and email it out to those who were asking about the shirt. Then he said the shirts would be ready in a few days to be mailed out.
I hope I get an email with an order form today.

If anyone gets one please post it here.

Thanks Tracy. I was one of those persons who asked for something different I guess. I e-mailed them about a sleeveless v-neck. I'll take whatever I can get though. Since I've sent 3 e-mails so far, I'll wait another day or two to see if they send me an order form. Thanks again!!

Here is the email I got just now:

"Hi Tracy
Attached is an order form that we have designed for your team
please select your choices and fax us the form
You can also call or email us the information
as long as you indicate which choices you would like to have.

All orders for your team will be done and mailed to you next week

The file is a .pdf file. I do not know how to post it on this thread or I can email anyone a copy of it if you PM and let me know your email address.

Tracy,

Email me the form and I can post it on our website so that everyone can download it. Unless you have another idea or someone else has done it for you. I will PM you my email.

I have sent the file to Jen so she can then post it to this thread and eveyone can get it for themselves.

Good luck!!:)

Bill just now emailed me the form but it looks like you all are on the ball with this!!

It would be great to make a sticky and be able to have easy access to the form for people to find...also if people could post their shirts when they get them so everyone can see them!

Thanks so much.:goodvibes I've printed out the form so I can fax my order.

Thanks for posting the order form for us Jen! For the fabric type is it automatically selected for us or do we write down what we want in the notes section? Also wondering about the payment, will they contact us or do we put down our CC info in the notes section too.

I placed my order by phone since I do not have access to a fax machine. The fabric would be the 5050, but if you want something else, you could maybe request it? I was told originally that a paypal invoice would be e-mailed to me. They would not take a credit card number over the phone. I was also told that the order would be mailed out Tues. night. Just waiting for the e-mail confirmation of the order.

I just want to thank Kate again for all of her hard work in designing the shirts, working with eye2eye and staying on top of this thread.

Everyone ordering, please let us know how the shirts are when you receive them. Because of the timing and eye2eye's move, etc., we never had a chance to pre-order and review the final product in/on an actual shirt. I really hope they end up as nice as the design seems to indicate they will be. (As previously mentioned, I will be ordering a couple shirts, but I am going to wait unil after the Minnie so as not to delay anyone's order who wants their's for Minnie.)

As previously posted, the 5050 material is the tech material that eye2eye recommends and uses for shirts for other running clubs. Per eye2eye, the other tech material identified on its web site, the 5039(?), proved to be too thin and did not hold up well. I was told that eye2eye intends to update its materials list when it gets a chance and the 5039 will no longer be shown as an option.

Thanks to everyone for your patience during this and hopefully eye2eye will work out to be a reliable alternative for acquiring shirts in the future whenever a team member (new or old) wants or needs one.

I am so excited to see these designs come to life!!! I can't wait to see the first shirt!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post pictures when you get them!

And a HUGE thanks goes to Bill b/c when I hit my wit's end - he didn't give up!!!

I am going to go ahead and make a new thread and post a link to the order form and send a mod a link to hopefully make it a sticky.

For those of you that ordered I just realized that the order form shows the wrong BACK of the shirts...the words should be spread out like this

not close together...

I am emailing them right now but make sure you call them to make sure they are printing the correct back
