An introvert is the opposite. They actually give or lose energy when interacting with people. After a normal workday of dealing with people all day long I am literally exhausted even if I have done no physical labor. An introvert needs to come home and unwind alone in a quiet room by themselves. This helps them regain their energy.
That is me! I'm going to have to print this out and save it. Next time someone asks me why I spend so much time on my computer I'm gonna show them this! Lock me in a room with my computer and I'm a happy girl, don't need to see people too often.
