I am sooooo mad. The other day when vmk had so many problems and closed for "enhancements" four of my accounts disappeared. It won't let me log in and when I go to the regular disney site, it gives me a stupid message about either the email or password or birthdate is not correct, so no luck there either. I can not use the contact us because it won't let those accounts in. Now I use these accounts daily and have done the dive, car and space quests on each one. Plus the money that was in them.
Any way finally I used my main account to contact vmk and tell them about my other accounts that disappeared on the "enhancement" day. ( they worked fine the day before) I have recieved one stupid answer after another, the best one being "If I deleted my account then it is gone" How many ways do I have to say I did not delete my accounts?????!!!!!!! They disappeared during "enhancements"!!!!!!!!
So beware people, all your hard work on quests and all your trading and accumulating stuff can disappear at anytime and vmk will do nothing to restore what they messed up.
