It has been awhile since I was here last, but I know you guys will know the answer if anyone does.
We are headed to Aulani in May. We decided to stay 9 days in a ocean view studio instead of 5 days in our usual 1BR at WDW. (hey its Hawaii - gotta splurge) My only complaint (not really) is the lack of anywhere to put snacks and other food items in a studio. Has anyone ever taken a collapsible set of shelves to a studio so you would have a place to put chips, fruit, etc. If so, what did you use.
I am hoping to only do one trip to the Walmart for food so extra storage would help us do this.

There is not a lot of room in the cabinets for more than what is already in them. They are already filled with paper bowls, paper plates and glasses. Like you said the counter space is also nearly non-existent. They are fine for a few days, but with 9 days, I am hoping to work a little more space. I just had a thought that if I could bring some sort of collapsible shelves, they could go against the blank wall between the kitchen area and the TV cabinet. I was hoping to find someone who has supplemented the kitchen storage. You know kinda like we do with the shoe holder in the bathroom.
