I vote for

Egypt (emphasis on ancient/ pre Hellenistic not the modern country), would make an excellent dark ride
India (amazing food and ancient culture), would make for an amazing dark ride. Whoever made the extra bathroom comment is ignorant. I guess they've never been to Sanaa.

I agree about adding a Celtic area combining Welsh, Irish, Scottish. BTW the UK pavilian is mostly English, not British.
Spain - again amazing culture (modern, medieval and ancient) and food
