Hello, I am sorry if I am doing a lot of use of this board, but I think it is being so helpful for me, and I am happy to know there are people here to help, thanks to all!!

And, to keep on, once more doubt I have is about the extra payments. I know we must pay for the points and the annual dues, but, is there any extra payment we must have to do? or is there extra charges for extra options like banking/borrowing points or choosing a Non-Disney destination, etc.?

Thanks again for your help!!! :flower3:

You have the costs to buy points (a one time cost) and then annual dues (which can rise). No other costs unless you want to use points to trade out to a non-DVC resort vacation in which case there is a $95 fee for the trade-out.

Also there's closing costs when you first buy, which are $300 and some (depending on how many points you buy) in addition to the price per points times total number of points you buy.

If you buy from Disney, and you buy BLT as you've stated in other posts, it's a minimum of 160 points. The price for BLT points for RIGHT now is $112- $5 promotional... So $107 per point.

The promo they are running is you get one year of developer points immediately for use by next October 3, 2009 (the number of points is equal to the number you purchase) and they can be used at Disneyland Resort, Interval International (which is the World Passport Collection and costs an extra $95).

Because you are a member, you will probably vacation more often. Travel, tickets, and food costs can add up fast.
